Description of Work: TERRIBLE COMMUNICATOR. This man is horrible at business. He might be a good plumber - I only had one small problem - but he was rude and never called to say it was complete. He never let me finish a sentence before interrupting. DO NOT USE HIM!!

Description of Work: Arrived very quickly after our tornado shelter installers broke the water main leading into our house. Did a good fix, quickly, for a good price. Would use them again, and hope it isn't such an emergency.

+ -1 moreHe went to work immediately by pulling out his allen wrench. He manipulated the wrench and turned it round and the garbage disposal started working. He traced the problem to some bones that fell inside the device. He took out all the bones but then made it clear that ultimately, the equipment had to be replaced because on a previous service call, he had noticed some rust.
Description of Work: My garbage disposal stopped working over the weekend. Water from the kitchen sink was backing up into the dish water and creating a gooey mess. I sent text message to John late Saturday, not expecting any resonse until Monday. But he called me back on Saturday evening and told me he could make it on Sunday at 2pm. Promptly, about 2 pm he called me and asked if I was home and I said yes. Within 30 mins he pulled up in my driveway to do the work.
