 + -1 moreHawkins Custom Carpentry has been doing both modifications and maintenance carpentry work at our home for over ten years (2005 to 2018). Mark Hawkins is knowledgeable and experienced. I am aware of the other projects in Bartlesville and this area that he has worked on. His skills and experience in carpentry go beyond the work done at our home and include: carpentry work on the construction of new homes, restoration work on historic homes, remodels, add-ons, trim, cabinets & counter tops, decks, maintenance repair, and much more.
Description of Work: Exterior maintenance carpentry work prior to repainting the exterior of our house. Replaced exterior wood trim on a bay window. Upgraded exterior wood trim in places to make areas tight. Upgraded flashings on siding and valleys at a few locations. Some siding and fascia board replacement. Interior staircase hand rail for appearance and safety. Disassembled, replaced parts, and reassembled windows for maintenance repairs. Modified cabinet for installing a taller front loading washer and dryer. Replaced hinges and pulls on kitchen cabinets. Adjusted hinges for proper closing fit. Removed and replaced wood trim for installation of new ceramic bathroom flooring. Sheet rock repairs.
