 + -1 moreI love every other Tuesday, why because I always come home to a clean house. This week was no different. Brenda, Chastity, Brandy, and Kelli cleaned my house so wonderful. Also they make my 8 year old son feel special by arranging his toys in a fun a different pattern each week. When we walk into the house Anthony runs back to his room screaming "The Divas have been here". Thank you for making my child feel important.

Description of Work: The Divas have been cleaning our home for most of the last 3 years. Our cleaning is provided by Team 2 which has been led by Mikala before she decided to go back to school full time - Good Luck, Mikala! The last time they were here, Brenda (Trainer), Jaylyn (new team lead) and Brandy (new team member)joined Mikala and did their usual good work on the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, office, and living area. | |Our house has special requirements due to health issues and the Divas recorded those requirements in their service notes and they adjust their routine to address those requirements even when someone has to substitute for a regular crew member. If we notice something that they miss during one of the cleaning sessions we point it out on the next visit and they adjust their routine, record it on their service notes, and address that point on all future visits - no hassle, no nagging required of us. | |It's nice to have the Divas to count on.

 + -1 moreWe have been using Dusting Divas for most of two years and Alesha has been on the crew the entire time. She knows our special needs due to family health issues and addresses them each time. Alesha is polite, friendly, and professional in her work and directs the activities of the other crew members because she keeps good track of our specific environment. Example: we do not want a cleaning solution used on our entryway tile floor because it has not been sealed - so they use a lightly damp mop which is different from their normal procedures. Our experience in dealing with the main office has been very favorable. Stacey is always helpful in adjusting our schedule whenever we have conflicts and then getting us back to our regular routine with our regular crew. We have been generally happy with all the crew members (usually there are two) and we hope Mandi, who is the newest member, will continue to team with Alesha because we feel that she has the same attitude and work ethic.
Description of Work: General housecleaning: dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned the toilets and sinks.

 + -1 moreMy Diva is Aisha Golee. She is always so friendly when she comes. She does a great job. Sometimes if she has a little time left over she will do something extra like clean the shelves in the refrigerator. My favorite thing about having Aisha come clean is when I come home and my kitchen is spotless.
Description of Work: Cleans my house every other week. This includes moping and vacuuming floors. Cleaning countertops and sinks, tubs, showers, toilets. Dusting. Also, they change my sheets on the beds.

 + -1 moreDusting Divas does a wonderful job. I have been using them for about a year. They are excellent at making my life easier by keeping my home sparkling clean. This is my first experience with having someone clean my home and it has been a very delightful experience. I would highly reccomend them to anyone! They do an excellent job of training because even though they are not always the same crew, this week was Sarah, Suzanne and Brenda, they are all on the same level of excellence.

 + -1 moreWhile the staff was nice and does a pretty good job cleaning, they have a real problem with security. Twice in 1 month they left my house unlocked! The second time was while we were on the "service improvement " plan. I find this completely unacceptable. And what's worse is it's the field manager who was on site both times.

 + -1 moreGiven the task at hand they did a wonderful job. The carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in 5 years, and 2 of these years included a toddler dropping anything and everything nasty she could find. They first came in and vacuumed the area, then raked it with a carpet rake, then vacuumed again, then finally cleaned. They also put down a stain guard which I can't comment on yet because it hasn't been long enough to determine its effectiveness. Some stains didn't come up but they were there when we first moved in too so I don't blame DD. The only negative I have is that their vehicle that has the professional equipment was inoperable so they had to bring a portable cleaning machine (like those that you rent). It seems to have worked good because the results were good but I only wonder if it would have had an even better result with the high grade professional equipment that they normally use. They worked very hard, earned every penny, and for this I plan on using them again.

 + -1 moreMy dad passed away and he was a smoker living in a bachelor home. So we had three women came out and just really do a deep cleaning. They did everything, from ceiling to floor, cabinets, closets, they cleaned up the refrigerator and stuff like that. I spent like $900 that I up charged because they had to drive in from Bartlesville and I was on the other side which was about an hour and a half away. So I gave them a nice tip because they did a really nice job. The follow up was really good, they were persistent to make sure that they get a hold of me. I'm really busy, so that was appreciated. The personnel was just very nice and I felt comfortable with them. They were compassionate - it was a difficult time, so it was just a good experience. They price may have been a little high, but it was also probably because they had to travel.
Description of Work: I have been using Dusting Divas for housecleaning. It was a different job than a normal housecleaning.

Description of Work: They went above and beyond. We are a 5000+ sf house. Everything was done including cleaning the windows inside and out for the 1st time for that price. They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They are the very best. I am very choosey on who I allow into my home. They are honest, trustworthy, and very thorough. It is a pleasure walking into a clean, fresh smelling house. I wouldn't use anyone else, and I recommend them above all others.

 + -1 moreWe have employed several companies to clean house for us and they were either unreliable, loud, broke items, brought their children with them, etc. We finally called Dusting Divas. They are very professional, run their company as a business. Both parties know what will be performed and what will be extra. They are willing to adjust appointments during vacations, etc. We are pleased with their work and glad to be done witth the hassell of the other companies we tried.
Description of Work: Company provided complete cleeaning of 7 rooms and 2 baths. Employees are pleasant, quick, thorough. Have been employing them for about 2 years and are by far the most reliable and do the best cleaning of any of the companies we have employed.

 + -1 moreSo far, results are good. 8-22 update: Ladies came back today and completed everything on my list that was a concern from my deep clean. They did a great job.
Description of Work: I called for the services and the next week Barbara came to my house to do the estimate. Barbara was a very friendly and personable lady. She got right back to me with the price and the services provided. The Divas came that very week! I opted for the deep clean as my starting point. So subsequent cleanings had the best starting point. We have very hard water (rural) where we live and the ladies did a great job of cleaning that buildup off our toilets, tubs and showers! Also, they oiled our wooden kitchen cabinets and they looked fantastic, as well as the dusting of our furniture and light fixtures and ceiling fans. I had a couple concerns and I called Barbara and when they come next week for my first official bi-weekly cleaning, I will submit another review on how the follow-up was. This company seems very professional and I have already recommened them to a couple people who are looking for someone. However, one of the ladies lives in another city and they don't yet service her area.
