 + -1 moreCable box died twice in past 6 mo. In both instances access denied to all channels and it was not possible to remediate on-line although I was told the IT people would be able to handle it next day. A day later the local service center sent a tech to replace the box. Local techs were good when they came.

 + 1 moreThe customer service of this cable company is strong. The employee's are friendly, polite, and quite helpful. The internet connection is one of the fastest offered in the area. I bundled my home phone, internet, and cable. The quality of the services are very good. I have not had any issues with outages or poor connections. The first year deal was a good price, but after the deal is over things add up in a hurry. If you are just looking for internet, there is one other provider that had a faster connection and is cheaper. However, their availability is currently limited to a small area of town. If you are looking for internet, home phone, and cable, than Cable One is a good choice.
