+ -1 moreHe is very good. Very professional, thorough. Gets the job done and in a timely manner. Downside: he is a one man operation and appears to be very good at what he does. Therefore, he has quite a long lead time to get things done. Our water damage was not an emergency and therefore we did not mind waiting for him to come available. We are re-hiring him for other projects we want done around the house, because he did a great job, he seems knowledgable and gives reasonable estimates and final prices. Would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: Removed section of ceiling to inspect water leak from bathroom above. Determined it to be insufficient grout/silicone. Removed old silicone, grout from upstairs bathroom bathtub and redid all of it. Resealed and repainted the ceiling downstairs

+ -1 moreHe came to the house the week before to give us an estimate.We accepted the est. and he said he would be there at 8AM on Monday morn. and said he could do it all in one day.He was here on time and ready to work. The job was finished in one day just like he said. We were very happy with the work.He was very professional and a pleasant personality. Yes, we would hire him again. We have a third bathroom that needs to be remodeled and he will be the first one to call for an est. My husband was very happy with the work that he did for us and he is not easy to please. The price,we thought was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Instaled two GFCI plugs in two different bathrooms. Removed the old toilet in the main bathroom,replaced toilet and hauled off the old one.Replaced the flooring with vinyl. Plumbed the new sink and faucet.

+ -1 moreAmerican did work on the new house and Bullseye did work on the old house from where we moved. His reliability stood out. Some people never showed up when I called them and he did. I give him high ratings and will continue to use him. We're using him now.

+ 1 moreThey are doing great. He laid us out the design, helped us with the colors, and everything. We are paying as we've gone. He did plumbing, electrical, and sheet rock and we paid him. It is a whole bathroom remodel. He is doing great and we will continue to use him.
Description of Work: They are doing a job with us right now. My son is helping them lay the tile in the bathroom.
