concrete driveways
+ -1 moreThe foundation walls were not straight. They were 4 inches off or so. They did not pay for the concrete from the subcontractor who tried to put a lien against our house. Once we paid them, they did not pay their bills which led to a possible lien on our house. They had 3 people working for them warming and flooring. We didn't realize they didn't pay the concrete bill until the past month when we got a certified letter in my house. They haven't been back since. They did eventually pay the bill after my husband contacted them several times. They're in regular clothes. It was a fair price. They did eventually take care of it.
Description of Work: They poured new foundation for a 3-car garage.

+ 1 moreFor this job, you definately have to know what you are doing in this type of pouring situation. Everything went great. He did an exceptional job. It was for a Parade of Homes Show. He is the go to guy.
Description of Work: He did a pretty complicated driveway, at a $1million dollar home. It had steps, a bridge, and all kinds of details.
