+ -1 moreAt first OK. The quality of the work was not up to expectation, but marginaly acceptable. Joby was almost never at the job it was passed of to an employee who was very nice, but skill level was marginal. He would cut corners (when painting the metal deck support he began painting without so much as wiping it down and certainly not sanding. The biggest problem is that Joby walked the job. Joby was complaining that he was upside down in the job so I made the mistake of paying a big enough draw that he just stopped showing up. The work is still not complete. While I have not payed the total contract, I do not have enough left to pay a replacement contractor. I guess that is my fault.
Description of Work: He was hired to repair and refinish my 1500 sq ft deck and to do some interior painting.

Description of Work: Your Local Handyman, LLC provided me a handyman service as well as general remodeling service. He cleaned the outside of my house, replaced my garbage disposal and changed one of my bathrooms and fixtures.
