Phillip, the plumber that fixed the bathroom plumbing including a leaky pipe that leaked through my ceiling, was very professional and did a great job. Very prompt and helpful. The plumber that fixed hot water was also very good and prompt.

Great very professional.

Walked into my garage and found it flooded with water with more water bubbling out of a pipe in the floor. Immediately turned off water, called 3 different plumbing companies to come assess the problem. Vernon's plumbing was the 1st company to return my call, the receptionist was polite and sympathetic on the phone, as soon as a technician was free they were sent to my location. The technician called and let me know he was on his way. The technician got right to work as soon as he arrived, found that the main hot water line was cracked. The technician was polite and informative as he explained what options were available to fix the problem letting me know the pros and cons of each option. Has been about a month since the pipe was fixed and have had no further problems, very happy with the service.

First, I went to the local rental center and rented a 100' and quot;snakeand quot;. I ran the snake through the main cleanout and secondary cleanout for the kitchen sink area. I also removed the commode. After since hours of wrestling with the snake including my gloved pinkie finger that got caught in the cable, I said that was it for me. Was able to get approx. 75 feet of cable through drains but no further. Rental center 1 - homeowner trying to save a buck 0. I am not sure if my slinging of you know what over bathroom wallls or fighting for possession of finger was the straw that- well you know the rest. I called Vernon,s plumbing in Ardmore, America. Receptionist took necessary info and said plumber would be there at 8 am with a call beforehand. Next morning call at 7:45 that Robert was on his way. One hour later. including a cup of coffee, all drains were cleared and operational. Very knowledgeable and straight to work upon his arrival. He had the necessary tool to get the job done quickly.
