+ 2 moreThey did an exceptional job. Able to communicate what I wanted done and they did it. Easy to work with, on time, worked hard and in hot weather. They are now replacing back doors and reframing.
Description of Work: Put in doggy door, redid kitchen added sink, tiled backsplash, added cupboard, tiled shower in bathroom, added appliances back in after new granite put in, removed old kitchen counters.

+ 0 moreThe construction was like most construction jobs. Although the contractor and I did not always agree, we were able to work through all issues to my satisfaction. The contractor was very helpful in helping my wife with the design of the kitchen. The contractor was always responsive to my concerns. The house we are working on is a 1911 Victorian and has problems specific to older homes. We plan on additional restoration and will certainly contact Independent Home Inspections for their services.
Description of Work: Total replacement of kitchen, installed hardwood floors and added piers under home and rehab crawl space, added walls and moved doors and installed doors. Built porch steps.

+ -1 moreCeiling need a lot of patch work as well as a couple of walls, it looks very professional. If you need any remodeling or a house built I highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry, I promise you that.
