They're liars. Just plain old ****, dirty liars. These absolute bastards looked my mom in the metaphorical eye over the phone and told her that we had dead animals under our house so they weren't going to fix our pipes after they burst in the cold spell. No one came over to our house to even know if there were dead animals. When this was pointed out to them, they changed their tune and said they told us weeks ago when a different pipe burst, and it was several dead animals. This is a blatant lie. It's just plain untrue. Their workers lied to get out of fixing our pipes and the office went with it. We've been without water for weeks now. We can't shower my disabled father, can't wash our hands, can't mop our floors. We're spending hundreds on bottled and jugged water. And they lied to our faces so they wouldn't have to do the work they were assigned. Leaving a disabled elderly vet, his elderly disabled wife, and their disabled psoriatic daughter with nothing to wash themselves or drink.

One person came out and it took 45 minutes. There was no mess.

When no one arrived at the scheduled time (8am-10am timeframe), I called their office and found that the technician who was to check my unit had been called out on an emergency and wouldn't be at my house until noon or later. I expressed my frustration that no one ever notified me because I had stayed at home for two hours waiting for this appointment. They apologized and although I've not had problems with previous check-ups on my unit, I canceled my appointment and contract.

great job! came when they said and was very professional. FYI.... my electric was cut in half!! we paid a bit more but got the most energy efficient one and its all ready paying for it self! thank you Hunter Heat and AIR

They stole some stuff from me. We went with a totally new unit and the old unit we were going to donate and they knew were going to donate it and they went ahead and took it and never brought if back after many calls and request for them to. We were going to donate it to somebody that needed it.

They have always been great to us. It was something they have taken care of that someone else had messed up commercially. So it was kind of a awkward situation. They were absolutely fabulous and very prompt. Came out of area and they came immediately upon my request. They are just a really good company.

He's awesome and it was great. I never had to pay a service charge. They're fast, friendly and they're just nice.

He did an excellent job. We called and he was here within 30 minutes. He took care of things right then. The price was more than fair. It was just a good experience for us.
