Description of Work: Garcia was by far the best deal I found as estimates go. He came out, gave me an estimate and waited for me to call him. He told me it would take a day to work on the roof but it ended up taking 3 working days. (I say working because Sunday his team was off and Monday it rained.) I understand it would have taken less time if they had not had to fix a lot of wood that had been damaged from previous wear, so I was fine with it taking longer. They took off 2 layers of old shingles, fixed multiple bad spots, installed new vents, installed new IR shingles, and installed a metal edge around the roof. On top of that they cleaned up the shingle mess. All in all I can say they did an amazing job, but I only had one issue: communication. There was a slight communication barrier and sometimes I wasn't sure if he understood what it was that I requested. I figured out that texting was easier for the both of us. Everything worked out fine and I am satisfied with the end results. Thank you Garcia
