Description of Work: this is in response to who ever provided the information from FLOOR TRADER ..... Customer is not happy We have tried to call Miguel the installer - HE LEFT A HUGE MARK IN OUR WALL NO ONE HAS BEEN BACK TO CORRECT THIS CARPET LAYERS ARE USUALLY CONTRACTORS THIS CONTRACTOR USED A *KICKER* TOOL TO STRETCH THIS CARPET LEAVING A VERY VERY DAMAGED WALL NO ONE HAS BEEN BACK TO FIX THIS THE MEN WHO DID INSTALL ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH THIS IS ABSOLUTE TRUTH - I PERSONALLY WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK TO THIS PAGE TO SEE IF *THEY* HAVE SENT ANYONE OUT OR CALLED ME TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO FIX SAID WALL

FLOOR TRADER offers the following services: We provide flooring material for carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile, laminate, vinyl and vinyl plank.
Although the categories we have to choose from on Angie's List include 'flooring installation' we do not actually provide the installation. We can provide a list of installers in that area but they are independent contractors that get paid directly by the customer meaning they work for you. Any installation issues should be handled directly with them first. We do edit our list so that if we have issues with these installers they can be removed, we offer the list as a service.
