Everything went well enough until a subcontractor made a big mistake and plumbed a toilet into the septic treatment system (instead of a sewage tank). When I pointed out the error (which I unfortunately did not discover until after paying for the work), I was assured everything would be “made right”. But instead of fixing the problem, my texts were never answered and I was left completely on my own to find another professional to fix the problem (and pay for it, too!). More than five months have passed since this company began work in my home. The work is still not completed, I have paid for things I have never received, and have not received any response to any communication for over one month. Steer clear of these guys at all costs.

Everything went great until I realized I had a 500$ tool stolen from my house. Whwn I confronted David and his partner about the missing tool, I got no response. Will never be using them again. The sub contractors worked in the house without us being there. The electrician always left mess to clean up. Their general construction sub was the best.

I could write for days about Lambeth Ventures, but I'm going to keep it short. David Lambeth and his whole team is nothing short of incredible. David and his crew (including his brother) are polite and extremely knowledgeable. The are trustworthy and do what they say they are going to do. If they run into a problem at any step they inform you and give you proper guidance with options....they don't just half-@$$ it and leave you with a nice surprise to uncover later down the road. David has a great set of subs, flooring, paint, cabinets and wood-work, you name it and we utilized them in all of those areas.. We needed them after a massive water incident and they took great are of my family's home. They take pride in what they do and that is hard to find today. We were so impressed with Lambeth Ventures that we are going to use them to add square footage to our house as well as do some reconfiguring of rooms in the house. If you want work done to your home or even want a new home built I would not hesitate to call them up. You won't regret it.
