Description of Work: I should have know by the initial phone conversation that I was hiring someone that should be on disability because of his mental state. He came out an hour after the set time, seemed to be under the influence and had his boyfriend (I assume, because the guy could not keep his hands off of Mr. Coats crotch) We settled on a price for him to remove 2 small shrubs and a small landscaping job (new plants and mulch). I paid him up front, which I should not have done, of course he never came back. After over 20 phone calls I gave up and hired someone else. I am on social security and on a fixed income, so this was very difficult for me to recover from. Please NO ONE hire this scam artist. I found out later that he also took advantage of one of my friends neighbor who would also never recommend this guy.
