Description of Work: Worked on Air Conditioning Unit. He cleaned the coils then gave us specific instructions on how to make it more efficient. Initial installer of unit cut some major corners and he took the time to tell us how to address each issue in the most economical way. We have been using Roland Lancaster now for about 12 years with only positive results.
