If you are in need of foundation repair, I highly recommend JC Pro Foundation. I recently used them to install piers at one of my rental properties. Their service was excellent from start to finish. They arrived at the jobsite at the designated time with a large enough crew to complete installing 13 piers in one day. My tenants were very complementary of how the workers took care to cause as little disturbance to them as possible. I’ve also used them to make repairs at a property that was under contract to sell. They arranged their work schedule to accommodate our short timeframe so the property could close as scheduled. They did a GREAT job. Jaun arrived about 1 hour later than the scheduled time, but he called to let me know he was running behind. He evaluated my issues and made recommendations that I thought were appropriate and I was seriously considering using his company. He followed up the evaluation with an email and a quote. I responded to the email saying that I'd like to see a copy of his workman's compensation insurance, liability insurance, and warranty. He never responded to my email so I called him. He said he is in the process of obtaining worker's comp insurance and that he usually provides the warranty information after the job. He further added that no one ever asks for proof of worker's comp and liability insurance. I told him I want to see these things before agreeing to a contract to ensure that I am not liable for anything that happens to him or his employees while they are on my property and that they are covered for any damages to my property caused by their negligence. He said he could send me a copy of the warranty, but I never received it or anything supporting his claim to be applying for worker's comp. In fact, I never heard anything more from him. You either have worker's comp and liability insurance or you don't. Any company performing work of this kind should carry the appropriate insurances and be able to provide you with copies of current policies. Juan is very nice, and I think he probably does good work. But I won't do business with any contractor that can't (or won't) provide me with copies of current worker's comp, liability insurance, and the company's warranty policy prior to signing a contract.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Juan took every step to make sure it was finished to last.

They installed 10 piers with urgency and passion they were very caring and helpful to explain any questions an concerns I had. they made sure to clean everything up I highly recommend this company and Juan's crew is funny and cheerful
