carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe actual carpet cleaning part is good and the guy was really good. He's gotten all the stains out and it smells and looks good. The part that I would not give them the greatest grade is on reliability as far as the appointment goes because every time I made an appointment with them, they have had to change it but at the same time, they always get me in right away. They always change it to something right away maybe because they do a lot of emergency work. They had to work hard on my carpet because my kids had a party. The only reason I would not use them again is because they always change my appointment.
Description of Work: Grimeaway cleaned my carpet and took out some pretty deep stains. They did my huge living room, the hallway and one bedroom.
