Forced air furnace installation

Seems to be a good company so far i like the unit--it works nice so far. It only works with a remote--no manual They Installed the remote holder incorrectly so that the remote would not fit in- but I was able to call and they fixed it promptly. They seem willing to work out problems I wish I had been given more options of the different types of units - I wished I had gotten one with an air purifier or had an option for fresh air ventilation---but with the two companies I check with it seems like it is .."either this or either that:"

Despite hot weather, they were out the next day. Office staff and technician were professional and courteous. Pricing was reasonable for services provided. Highly recommend this Company!!

I came in on a cold Monday morning and the temperature in our offices was about 45 degrees. Our plant manager informed me that the furnace which services the accounting offices has gone out and we would probably need a new one. I called Dependable at about 9:00 am, and though they had all technitions out on calls, they promised to send the next available one over to our mfg plant. They had the problem diagnosed by 10:00 am, telling me the fan motor had gone out, and that they didn't have that particular motor model (an old one) in stock, but were looking to see who in town might have one. By the time I checked on it again at 11:00 am, I found out that they were done. They had been able to modify the bracket to accept a different motor, and had installed it, and they were about to leave. The whole job, motor and labor, only cost $195. I love this company. It has never let me down. I am responsible for about five different houses, plus our business, and they have my total trust for all the a/c problems I encounter.

Even though it was hot summer, these guys went up into the attic (ours is about 140 degrees) to scope out the problem. The first company that looked at it just tested the unit out in the parking lot, said it was weak, and suggested replacing it for $3000-$4,000. The Dependable guy went up, checked all the duct work, came down and said they could rebuild the plenum and close up some holes in the ductwork to fix the problem. They came back out the next week, did all the work, and billed me for about $450. I was really pleased. As CFO of several manufacturing companies, with 4 large buildings, I am switching to this company. Once again, they have earned my trust with excellent service.

Called them on Monday morning and told them I had a Friday deadline. They went out and fixed both units on Wednesday. The bill was less than expected. I manage several properties, with about 6 A/C units in all.. They always give me great service, charge less than I expect, and do the work without me having to be there. I've used others in town. Thay are the best I've dealt with in Ada.

AC stopped working while we were on vacation from the house we had just purchased which had a relatively new unit installed by them (by previous owners). They came out and serviced the unit, found the defective part and covered it under warranty (labor was already out of warranty) and had thing cool within an hour of arrival. Their minimum charge is $75 (also the charge for a preventative maintenance checkup) and he replaced the part and did preventative maintenance all for $75.

I spent a substantial amount with them. They were here on time and they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They are the only ones that I have ever dealt with.

They gave me a good estimate to go on before they came out and stuck to it.
