+ -1 moreHorrible job. Install of a new kitchen faucet and drain and dishwasher. Called and said the job was finished. Turns out the hot water valve under the sink leaked all day. The sink compartment did not hold water because it leaks at the drain connection. Drilled holes in cabinet walls for the dishwasher and left all of the shavings on the floor with a shop vac sitting 3 feet away. Connected water line to refrigerator (I did not ask for this) and they pushed the fridge back so hard it broke the outlet and has caused the circuit breaker to trip not allowing us to use that outlet anymore. They left a general mess.

+ 0 moreCactus came to our home when our hot water heater went out because they were providers for our home warranty company. They called the home warranty company who partially paid our claim. In all a 50 gallon hot water tank ended up costing over $800. They conveniently offered a service plan at $9.95/mo to save us 15%... Now some 6 months later they start charging my credit card. When I called to cancel the membership I was told I'd have to pay back the 15% discount. These people will take advantage of you buyer beware!

Description of Work: Cactus Plumbing added a gas line from under my furnace in the crawl space over to my kitchen cabinet to change my electric cooktop to a new gas cooktop--during a rain storm. They did a fantastic job! I love my new gas cooktop.

+ -1 moreHe was hired to come out and install a new faucet in my bathtub because it was dripping. When he came in he told me that the wrong faucet was in it. During the summer I did not notice that I did not have hot water because I usually take cooler showers in the summer, now that it is cold I found that I have NO hot water, only the cold is hooked up. I have called and called and they will not respond to my calls to come out and fix it. He also had mud on his shoes and got it all over my house.
