 + -1 moreEmployers at buck crud very knowledgeable and helpful to us when we visited the showroom to sink out the a granite they called us several times to every times or installed and prove did us with written sales order prier to install they did require a down payment of 1/2 of the total before cutting of our cover.
Description of Work: Removed old bathroom vanity tap& replaced it with a beautiful granite tap plus drilled hells for a new faucet & installed a under mount sink in the vanity tap also installed a granite tap over the tap of an existing kitchen work table.

 + 0 moreBuck Creek Granite provided all of our granite counter-tops, tile, wood, carpet, plumbing, door knobs and lighting. The amount of products they have to offer is unbelievable for a small town shop. The team was very friendly and helpful. At the time of our need for their services the company was facing some challenges all their own. With their machine going down leaving them either to hand polish every job or push customer installs back as they tried everything to repair their equipment. They kept us informed of everything that was going on and let us decide what was best for us on either waiting or going a head with hand polished (meaning we did not get the edge on they granite we wanted). Being in need and not wanting to wait any longer to move in, we decided to have hand polished. Buck Creek made their install and everything turned out great in the end.

Description of Work: Shower remodel. We should have demanded recommendations from customers. The experience was nightmarish. They failed to show for the initial estimate appointment: that should have been our first clue. If you are just buying materials from them you are probably safe. Just do yourself a favor and go with another contractor to save yourself time, money, and headaches.
