Not a good first impression ... at all. Moved to area; called to find an AC/Furnace company to figure out noises from furnace/AC room and fix. After explaining issue, the lady who answered the phone says, lightheartedly, "I'm sorry. We're not taking anymore work at this time." What established well-run, efficient and capable business would turn ANY business away especially if they're really busy? That's horrible business. You NEVER, EVER turn away business.

Excellent service and very happy with the work performed. They were in and out by noon--very efficient with their time, very courteous, very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again myself.

The worker that came to my house did not know how to deal with the problem and was on the phone with his company for a majority of the time. He initially just pulled out a dead mouse and then said he needed to go pick up some parts. When he was done talking with his boss, he explained that they were going to have to talk with an engineer to figure out what was wrong so he left and they then scheduled something for a different day. He then returned on that other day with parts and another worker who was supposedly there to help the original worker. They were only here a total of 1.5 hours and eventually fixed the issue. When I received the bill I noticed a charge for $130 for the initialy worker coming to take out the mouse. I then noticed another charge for around $370 for the remainder of the work. They had left to go pick up the extra supplies/materials but they ended up not needing them. So they charged me for the time they weren't here and did not end up using the supplies they left for. I tried calling the company a few times with no answer. I had one of my friends call on a different number and they answered after 1 or 2 rings. They said they did not answer my call because they were on the phone with someone else. Once I was able to speak with someone they relunctantly told me the break down for the charges. I then received the bill within the mail and noticed all of these charges. They apparently cleaned the coils in the A/C unit without talking with me first and there was an extra charge for this. I did not appreciate that they did this without speaking with me before they cleaned the coils and charged me for not only the time that they spent, but also the cleaning materials they used. I would not recommend going to them for A/C problems.

We were very pleased with all aspects - they are prompt, professional and we have been very satisfied with their performance. We have used this company many times and will continue to do so when needed.

They are wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to others. He came out and told me what was wrong with my furnace in 15 minutes.

They arrived when they said they would. The work was done very efficiently and actually turned out less expensive than the estimate.

Called their office and they said that they had a full schedule on Friday, but they squeezed us in so we wouldn't have to deal with the leaking all weekend. Service man assessed the problem and let me know what needed to be done. He even informed me of what might need to be done in the future.

Overall, I find these men to be very proficient in what they do. The office staff always calls to make sure you are home on the day of your appointment. They arrive promptly and get the job done.

They have always been prompt and on schedule. We are using them excluxively for all plumbing, heating and HVAC work at the plant here. They know what they are doing and do all work to local codes.
