Description of Work: France Floor Service refinished our dining room and foyer oak floors and they removed our tile floor in our kitchen and installed and finished a new oak floor.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. Adjusted his schedule to make experience as comfortable as possible for us. When preparing estimate completely covered what would be done and any risks involved regarding tying into existing floor. Provided options to reduce the cost like removing carpeting myself. Is very detailed in completing work to assure a quality product is delivered. Helped with moving some items in the home to clear space to complete his work. We couldn't be happier. He stayed on the job until it was completed. Not only was his work exceptional but his willingness to work with us to make the process and work time fit our schedule was a welcome change from most contractors.
Description of Work: Installed maple flooring that was previously carpeted. Tied the new flooring into existing maple flooring in other rooms. Put finish on flooring after installation and refinshed some existing flooring.

+ -1 moreFrance Floor Service was the best estimate we received and had the best recommendations from friends and neighbors. We are extremely satisfied that we chose them to do the work in our home this summer. They removed a ceramic tile floor in our kitchen and subfloor and then installed an oak hardwood floor in the kitchen. In addition, the sanded, stained and sealed our existing hardwood floors in our dining room and foyer. All 3 rooms look fantastic. We could not be happier with the beauty of our floors. The France brothers were extremely professional and we trusted them enough to leave for vacation and give them a key to our home while we were gone. We are extremely satisfied.
