+ -1 moreA person answers the phone at this company, not an answering machine. An appointment was scheduled that day, and the technician came exactly at the promised time. He was professional in every way: he identified the problem, explained the procedure for solving it, and gave us an accurate estimated cost. He went way above and beyond what I expected by offering to search the US for a part for our 1960's vintage oven. The part came in the day he promised, and he installed it exactly when he promised he would. There were no extra charges for a second visit, shipping the part, etc. Wonderful customer service, professional work, and friendly personnel. This will be our repair company for everything in our home from now on.
Description of Work: Brandon, our technician, searched the whole US for a part for our 1960's GE oven. No other service even offered to look. He repaired the oven, and it works perfectly.
