+ -1 moreMy girlfriend and I called A-1 for a furnace that was not working in rental on McIntire. Tech came out and said we needed a $400 circuit board that didn't fix the problem. Called them again and tech said furnace had caught fire and needed to be replaced for $ 3000. We finally called company that originally installed furnace and they showed us how a dirty filter an shut down a furnace. So a $4 air filter fixed our furnace. This was the second time we used A-1 and diff be the last. Shame on you A-1!

+ -1 moreWe have had A-1 Heating do service on our old system. After 15 years the old unit would cost more to fix than we wanted to spend.The serviceman ask us to come to the office to see a new unit they had which had a $300.00 rebate we could use for a discount on the new heat pump. They installed it and it works great. It blowed warm air when the heating system is on, unlike the old unit which blowed cold air. We love it. Later on we had them install a programable thermostat. Most people could follow the manual on how to set it. My mind can't seem to understand so I called A-1 and the owner came out and made the changes I wanted and did not charge me a cent. A-1 heating will be doing all the future work that we need to be done.
