+ -1 moreFirst his shop is one block away, but he charged me a trip charge. Then he charged me for a spray that was metal when what he installed was plastic. I think the price was outrageous for the 5 minutes it took him to attach it. I was charged $123.33. I will never call them again.

+ 1 more2 bathroom sinks needed pop-up drain parts - 1 was custom fit due to height of cabinet & sink so he had to go to the shop to make the stem long enough to fit (he returned in less than 1 hr.) Kitchen drain connected to main drain clogged. Removed and replaced pipe. Toilet losing water and I thought it was the seal. Paul determined there was no leakage, it needed a simple overflow stem (@ $0.99 cents). Total all parts $43.98 and total labor $180.00) very fair price and very happy with work performed.
Description of Work: Total of 3 sinks and 1 toilet: 2 bathroom sinks needed pop-up drain parts, 1 kitchen sink omitting odors and toilet kept re-filling water every hour or so.

+ -1 moreThe service was great. They came in and gave an estimate. The price was what they originally quoted and they completed the work in half of a day like they said. The drain pipe they ran, they used high quality mounting screws and put hooks on it to mount to the wall securely.

+ -1 moreThey showed up when I scheduled with them, they did not try to oversell me on anything, and they were very knowledgeable. When I had different questions about which was the best model and different things, they gave me the best knowledge on it, and they were very good at that. They actually went out of their way regarding the handicapped accessibility, for the handles and such things. They took back handles that they knew we wouldn't like, and searched around to find the things that we really wanted. We were very happy with them.
Description of Work: I used Youngstown Plumbing & Hardware to do some plumbing in the bathroom. They did a major job, they totally replaced the tub and all the plumbing involved with that, they installed a new tub, and tub surround. They are our regular plumbers, and anytime I have any plumbing problem, they are the only plumbers I call.
