Window World

Description of Work: window world sent out a lady first took wrong measurements and then 3 months later they sent out another man that had to requite and wanted a sliding glass door put in and two windows taken out which lady said they could do and the man said they replace not install. I said thanks but would find someone to do the whole job. After a go around of him not wanting to leave he called the higher up and said that they would install the windows and the sliding glass door,,long story short after waiting 5 months total they sent one pick up with three men in it..one had no idea and the other started on taking windows out then decided he couldn't do it freezing in house at this point cuz it was 36 outside with winds blowing. I flipped out they sent the guys boss out with more materials and kept installing it meanwhile the front bay window was 2 inches off and they MADE IT WORK... terrible personalities! just the one I could talk to to installing them actually had a brain GOOD LUCK hope if somethings goes wrong with these lifetime warranty items goes better

Description of Work: We had their company put windows in all through our house. We did have a couple problems but they made it right. We were so happy with the windows, installation and their services that we referred them to 4 friends and they also referred friends to them. They back their product and we would buy from them again.

Description of Work: AGENT WAS LATE TO THE APPOINTMENT,HE HAD NOTHING TO SHOW ME.HE NEVER SAT DOWN OR TOOK HIS BRIEF CASE FROM HIS SHOULDER..THEY OFFERED 1 DOOR ..THIS WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME.THE WINDOW PRICE WENT FROM $189 TO $369.NEVER AGAIN!

Description of Work: Communication was great. The installer was on time, clean and finished on time.
