Description of Work: They come out on a regular basis. We have them take care of the lawn and the little mites that get on our bushes. We have the greenest lawn on the street! They let us know when they are coming and they give us a summary of what they have done. If we have questions or concerns, they will come back to re-due the work with no problems. They are also very professional.

Description of Work: They come 4 x a Year to treat the lawn from Grubs to Lawn Food. They just recently added spraying the outside for Ant's (Black) for an additional 59.95 per treatment also a 4x per year service. I'm not so sure the Ant spraying is working (I still see Black Ants on my back porch. I may ask for a refund on the Bug Spraying.

Description of Work: I have been using Tru Green for years, but this year they did not do a very good job of taking care of my lawn. I have alot of brown grass, along with many weeds, and I am currently having a grub problem due to their error of not providing the proper treatment back in May. I am at fault for not checking on them, but I thought they knew what they were doing. I am going to go with another lawn care company next year.

+ -1 moreThey are good people! They are reliable and they come when they say they are going to! In our area there is a lot of acid rain and I always have them neutralize the lawn. They do that in the fall and it is good!

Description of Work: I asked for a fall ORGANIC lawn application of fertilizer. I was very specific about it being ORGANIC. I was told that was fine and it would be granular. What I got while I was not at home was a regular treatment (NOTHING ORGANIC ABOUT IT) and weed killer (CERTAINLY NOTHING ORGANIC ABOUT IT). They're very sorry but that can't be undone and there is no remedy. If I had not specifically explained the only reason I was using them was because no other lawn service offered organic, it would be my fault. I have both a garden that is organic and family members that don't react well to herbicides. This is not my fault. They were not authorized to do this work. I still had to pay for it. Anyone hoping for ORGANIC work done by them -- let the buyer beware!

+ -1 moreThe bill is reasonable. They mention what kind of weeds you have and use the appropriate chemical for that type of weed. They do a good job. We bring them out scattered during the year - early in the fall, early and late spring.

+ -1 moreThis is my second year with this company. I have no complaints about them. People say that my lawn looks good so, I guess they are doing their job. They always call before they come so, that I can leave the gate open for them. They also give me good hints as to what I can do.
Description of Work: Scott's Lawn Service fertilized my lawn back in August of 2008. I did receive a discount on the price as I prepaid for their services.

+ -1 moreWell I took forever to come out I had to call three times. I got a note on the door saying they did the work. I really don't believe they did any thing. I called to make the payment and complained they said they would come back and spray again for free because of there guarantee. Well I called a week later to find out when they were coming back and was told they weren't because now it was past the thirty days.
Description of Work: I had my house sprayed for bugs as a barrier.

+ -1 moreNot satisfied with the service. The yard looks bad, lots of dandelions, the yard doesn't look healthy, it looks worse than the year before. I think they water down their treatments. After 4 years of service from this company, we won't be back with them next season.
