+ -1 moreMy computer was responding slowly and some data became inaccessible. I took my computer to Brad for analysis. He assessed a problem with the hard drive but asked about my schedule and worked around it, so I could continue to use my computer for a few days through the end of a project. Brad ordered a new hard drive for me in the meantime, so I didn't worry about ensuring I ordered the right one. I handed my computer off, and he got some original manufacturer's software (Windows Vista and Dell drivers) from me that was needed to format the new hard drive. He spent several hours ensuring all my data and documents were copied to the new hard drive and gave it back ready to go. Brad is knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. He's trustworthy. I would recommend Brad to anyone.
Description of Work: Hard drive replacement and data transfer from old to new hard drive. Failing hard drive diagnosed and replaced with new one ordered by Brad. Transferred all the data from my old hard drive to the new one.
