Steam Action Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I like their work. We used another one, and I liked their work and their friendliness and everything. But normally they will move your couch out and they don't do that, so I'm going back to Steam Action because they do move the furniture. They did a very good job and very professional. It usually only takes a few hours. They clean up the area afterwards very well.

Eric and Robert arrived early in their three hour window. They set up their equipment then started in the basement. While they were cleaning they were wearing protectors over their shoes as to not resoil where they have cleaned. There was a large rust stain where a metal filing cabinet was located. I had my doubts but they got most of that stain out for which I am happy. Everything went well the time there were here. They were very professional and diligent in performing their work.

ale out stains.I had extra carpet pieces that they used to repair living room carpet. That was done well. The carpet however, had two stains that did not come out. Another cleaner hard started and his equipment broke down and I was facing having a house full of company in 3 days for a dinner party. Steam Action was willing to come on Saturday -- with the call to them coming on Friday last minute. Two guys came and they did a phenomenal job-- the cleanest my family room Berber looked since I had it installed. the were courteous and professional. I will never alll anyone else again.

They did great. They were on time and very polite. They do a great job and one of the few services that have special fans they bring in to dry the carpets quicker. I never saw that before and I was impressed. Great company and I will use them exclusively. In fact, I wanted something else cleaned after they had already left and they came back, and accommodated that request without further cost. Truly customer service oriented above and beyond. Thanks!

They did a beautiful job and I was very well pleased.

We've had this company several times , , , we never really checked to see if the carpets were actually clean because they looked clean and we assumed they were . This time , we had to walk on the carpets before they were completely dry to do things in the house before we left , so we had our shoes off and just walked on them with our white socks on. Later, when we removed our socks, , we were stunned to find how dirty they were so that shocked us as we've been using this company quite alot and thought our carpets were getting clean !! We had to bleach our socks in the washer , to get them white again, sorry to say. We will be checking out other companies in the future and won't use this company again.

They are excellent. They are better than any other company. They are punctual and very nice. They were very careful when they did their work. I rate them high overall. I would recommend them highly and rate them high overall. They were very thorough, cheerful, and punctual. They were very careful in moving the furniture. They put protection between the furniture legs and the carpeting so that the carpeting dried properly. They use all natural products. They were excellent. They were very reasonable.

We were not overjoyed. They banged up a piece of furniture. They did offer to fix it but it took a considerable amount of time because they had difficulty matching the color. Also the carpets did not dry for three days. We didn't know how competitive their price was. They did come on time. The carpet was clean looking after it dried but it has not stayed as clean as we thought it should. They did respond and they tried their best to make sure we were happy. They were punctual and very professional.

Steam Action did fantastic work. Their pricing is very good and they do very good work, they get my carpets clean. They are very personable and are in and out quickly.

Overall, I have to pay to have this job redone correctly. I will never use Steam Action!!

When they come they always make sure to answer all of my questions and go over everything that will be done. They are thorough and I am impressed. They do a very good job and they provide good service. They are friendly and professional as well.
