Never received quotes

Dave the owner was on time to his appointment. The price was the best price to every have. He didn't ask for any down payment till the job was done. The crew was very professional. They did excellent job. I've had so many compliments. I'm very happy.

Crew showed up on time and went right to work. Everyone had a specific job i.e.: remove old windows, cover area impacted with plastic, sort and stage replacement windows, chalk and install new windows. Everything went flawlessly, our place was just as clean when they finished as before they started. My wife and I couldn't be happier. They completed our entire 2 story house plus breezeway w/sliding glass doors in one day.

It was a pleasure having my windows replace by Quality Windows LLC. Kevin and his staff were very professional and pleasant. They returned my call and responded quickly when 2 of my windows blew out in a February snow storm. We have an old hom that was built in the 1920s, and there was no problem replaceing them. The windows are wonderful and were very resonably priced. The installers were on time, very professional and cleaned up everything. I would recommend Quality Windows to anyone needing replacement windows. I plan to hire them again next year to replace another 4 windows.

they were great, on time, very professional, cleaned up everything. Very polite, put covers on their shoes whenever they came in to the house. The salesman was very nice, polite, no pressure at all, not at all like the salesman from Larmco who came out and sold us the upstairs windows. In hind sight, we should have kicked that guy out of our house. In comparision, Quality was less than half the cost of the same number of windows done by Larmco. which were done about 2 years ago and we are still haing problems with. .

They were fantastic. The owner himself came out to measuring of the quote and pointed out some things that could or should be done that others had not. And then just to make sure there were no issues he later sent an installer out to remeasure everything before they ordered the windows. They were great. I had a quote from another company which was a few hundred dollars lower and I told Kevin the owner that I am leaning towards his company but I was hoping they could match the price. I told him what I thought the price was and then when I called back the prices were a little higher than the prices I told you and he said, don't worry about it but I will still give you that lower price.

I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. Ken and his crew showed up on time, even called me to see if I needed to move a car out of the driveway before they pulled in! Derek and Jim immedietly started putting covers down everywhere, then they brought the windows in. It was game on from there! They arrived at 7:30am replaced 13 windows and where cleaned up and gone at 2:35!! they were professional and very polite. I STRONGLY recommend this company.

I chose Quality Windows based on reviews from Angie's List. I chose them over 4 other companies that I received window quotes from. I researched windows online for weeks. Quality Windows seemed to have the best bang for the buck. I went with the middle grade windows that they offered. The original sales appointment went well. I did not feel pressured as it was a very relaxed atmosphere. This was the last of the sales quotes that I received from 4 different companies. I decided to go with Quality Windows based on product and price. Everything seemed to be in order. However, I ran into issues with them. I scheduled an appointment to have my windows installed during the week. I had to take a vacation day from work so that I could have the windows installed. The night before my windows were to be installed, I received a phone call at 9:45pm!!!! Rena called me to advise me that the wrong colored windows came in from the manufacturer. I couldn't believe it. They were calling me just hours before my scheduled install to cancel on me!!! The installer had called me a week earlier advising that my windows were in and that's why we scheduled the install date. So apparently, nobody at Quality Windows confirmed that the correct windows were received when they arrived from Polaris. I was very angry because I had scheduled a day off from work and now it was for nothing. I understand that mistakes happen. However, Rena just blamed the manufacturer for the error. She refused to take any accountability for the product error. I asked her why the windows weren't checked upon receipt the week before. She said they just assume the window order to be correct. I truly believe Quality Windows ordered white windows instead of the tan windows I requested. Rena told me they would contact me quickly and reschedule the install appointment. She said they would order a rush order from Polaris. I emailed Rena and left several messages with Quality Windows in the next couple of weeks. It was hard to get back in touch with someone there and get answers to as when my windows would now be installed. I took a vacation day from work for nothing. This was upsetting to me. After several weeks, I was finally contacted again and my second install date was confirmed. I don't believe that a rush order was ever established by Rena and Quality Windows. The turn around time was longer after the shipment error than the original install date. Again, I understand that mistakes happen. I was just very angry that Rena or Quality Windows accepted no responsibility for the mistake. The installers were excellent. Steve was the head installer and he did a fantastic job. He was professional and great at his job. The install and clean up exceeded my expectations. I truly wish the ordering mistake never happened. It put a black eye on my experience with Quality Windows. If this had never happened, I would rate Quality Windows at an A++. If Quality Windows would have just taken accountability for the ordering error, I would have still given them an A. I just believe that mistakes happen, but people need to take accountability for their actions. The installers did not have receipt/warranty info on them when they installed my windows. I had to contact Rena once again for this. This wasn't a huge deal though. She mailed the requested information to me the following week. Over all, my experience with this company was a positive one. The sales appointment and the installation were great. I was disappointed with the responsiveness especially when a major error happened. Quality Windows offers sound products at a reasonable price. In my opinion, you will most likely have a great experience, unless an unexpected issue arises. I just wish Quality Windows would have handled the mistake better. I would recommend them in the future, but I would have to keep my fingers crossed that nothing abnormal happens.

The overall experience was good. I called Quality Windows based on Angie's List Reviews. They came out quickly and were responsive to my schedule. The owner's son Troy I believe it was, gave us good advice, measured, and gave us a couple different options quoting prices for all the options. Troy was great, very easy going and knowledgable. I wish he would have gave us a couple more ideas for design, but non the less, he was a professional. It took us about a week or so to decide as we had gotten quotes from three other competitors, very close in price and quality, but we went with Quality Windows because its a family run business and they had the shortest lag time to install. It took about 4 weeks until they called us back and said the windows were ready to install and one week later the installers arrived. The installers were nice and pleasant and moved pretty quickly. They had all the old windows and out and new windows in by 1200, which is quick since they arrived at the house promptly at 0900. It took them a while to cap the windows and overall they did a good job. There is a large seam and a lot of caulk on one of the windows exterior capping, it is noticable but not a huge concern. My biggest gripe with the installers is that while they cleaned up as they progressed, they should have come back around for a second look becasue the house and exterior were still pretty messy. We had to go through the whole house with the vacuum and I am still picking up debris as I find it outside. Lastly, the installers didn't have any warranty information or receipt to provide. While they said I could call in and get it I was somewhat surprised they didn't have it on them . I plan on calling them to get the information tomorrow. Overall we are satisfied with the the product, the sales and service, and the installation. The only reason they did not get A's across the board is the aforementioned cleaning issues and design ideas.

Overall, I was very happy with the service and I would recommend them. The price was great, they called back the nest day, and they were on time. They were very professional.

They did a good job. They did have to return several times to measure and re measure. Their detail and quality of work was impressive and the price was reasonable. The installation was quick and took a couple of hours.

Their service was excellent. They came with about four guys. They put tarps down and worked in different rooms. They cleaned up well and completed the work in no time. I was very pleased with the service.

The sales rep was on time and professional. I did not feel pressured to buy from his company, as I had from previous quotes from other companies. He gave me several options that would fit my needs. My windows were ordered and the install happened within three weeks, which I felt was very quick compared to what other companies had told me. The entire installation process took only a few hours. The installers were on time and took only five hours which seemed incredibly fast for the amount of work. I actually had to work that day, but when I returned they were just finishing up. I could already tell the difference in my AC efficiency and there was nothing left from the install, they had cleaned up and the windows looked great! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I have recommended them to my parents who got an entry way door from them. I liked that when I called to ask about the install I talked to the wife of the owner. They are a family run company which is a breath of fresh air from all the cookie cutter big corporations.

They showed up right on time with their crew of workers. Everything was completely prepped/covered both inside and outside prior to starting. The crew was organized, each person had a task to do and preformed it in a very professional manner. When they were finished with the installation everything was totally cleaned up. We are very happy with both the quality of the windows and the quality of the installation.

They did a clean install and the window was nice, I'm very happy. It was great work and good price. It may take longer than expected, they didn't actually get the windows done until, they got it done last week so it took them about a month and a half. It's not punctuality, it's just that you have to wait for the window and then the whole deal. They had good quality windows. I would recommend them.

carpets. From estimation to clean-up, the team did a very professional job. We had a couple of issues with the quality of the caulking, and these were corrected to our satisfaction. Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the windows, and the workmanship of the installation.

They saved me a lot of money for the same quality windows that I was looking at other places (saved me almost $800). They really went above and beyond for me; they came back a few months and reinstalled a window in a wall that I had ahd repaired that was invaded with carpenter ants. The owner was very nice and knowledgable on the phone. They're responsive to their customers' needs.

Excellent from start to finish. No fancy sales pitch, no b.s. They quoted the lowest price out of 3 contractors. The install was great. Windows were fit within a quarter of an inch. They fit thick insulation around the entire window, didn't use the useless paper thin foam window world and other large companies use. Casement was fit neat and tight, no 45 cuts. Caulking was neat. They cleaned up after installation. Took over 3 hours for the two guys to complete the job. I appreciated that the took their time to do it right. We had Polaris windows installed which are so much nicer than what window world put in our house previously. Could not be more satisfied.

Within two weeks of the measurements, the windows were being installed. Initially, we wanted to put a bow window instead of a picture window, but the salesman was honest and told us that this would probably not work for our house. To be thorough, we had several other companies give us quotes, but none were close in price. The installation took about a day and a half. They were one time both days, very professional and cleaned up really well before they left both days.

I called Quality Windows for an estimate because my mom had used them and their salesman Jason came out the following day. He measured the 4 windows and 2 sliding doors I had, answered all the questions I had. He gave me an estimate and his personal cell phone number and told me to call him when I made a decision. Once I called and ordered, Mike installed my windows 3 Saturdays later which was great since I am a teacher and only have weekends off. Mike and his crew did a great job and installed both doors and all windows in one day. I would recommend Quality windows to anyone because they have a great price, great installers and use number top rated windows.

We had purchased 15 windows, a 12 ft picture window, and a sliding glass door from Quality Windows, and what a great experience!! They had someone out the day after the initial call to measure and give the estimate. Then 3 weeks later our windows were being installed. What great service!! Everyone from the sales to the installers were very professional! This is the 4th time someone in our family has used QUALITY WINDOWS, and the service has always been professional and timely!! We always check around and comparison shop just because we like a great deal, and every time No One can beat their prices!!
