I called this company on the recommendation of a handyman (Makis home improvement, from Angie's list). Kevin and his wife responded quickly, came to my home and spent more than a hour with me explaining all my options and costs. I was impressed that I never felt pressured to spend more money on higher end options, no pressure, just information. They have excellent financing options over a year. I chose to finance for 6 months at 0% interest, simply for the convenience of the option. The installers they contract with were fabulous! It was all done in 1 day. The crew worked very efficiently and quickly. Installers were very personable, friendly and kept me aware of what was happening. They asked for my approval on what they were doing multiple time. Their work was impeccable,. I can't imagine it going better.

Absolute dream working with this company from start to finish. Customer service was the bes I have ever experienced. Installation went just as well. Completed all work in one day, paid attention to even the smallest parts of the job, were friendly, courteous, and did outstanding work.

They were very responsive and professional. Everyone we met and dealt with was nice to deal with and patiently answered any questions we had. The installers did a very good job. Replacing the picture window required some additional work to get the new window to fit properly. The work was well done. We have a lot more windows to replace and I plan to use Quality Windows for any future replacements. They did good work and they have fair pricing.

Ken and Chris did my install and I was very pleased. They were fast and did a great job. Nothing was left behind. I would definitely hire them again and may do so for my main property in Lakewood.

The rep came out to my house the day after I called and we discussed the products,he measured the windows, and gave details of how the process would go. The installers were super nice and very efficient. Everything went smoothly and with relatively little disruption. They left the areas where they worked perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Good! Not excellent, because they put wrong windows in and the installer raised his voice toward me. However, Bob and Kevin worked with me to rectify the situation.

They came early and had it done by the end of the day. Neat, clean and professional job.

Some mishaps, but went well overall.

Very easy to deal with. Set up appointment with no problems. Arrived on time. Tore out 8 old aluminum windows and replaced with 8 vinyl sliders including a large picture window. From start to finish the 2 gentlemen were done in 4 hours. They were very professional and worked efficiently. They cleaned up quick when everything was done. They even disposed of an again. The windows look great. Very professional job. I would definitely use them again.

Very please with the final results. Contract price remained as stated. The crew picked up the yard every night before they left. Workmanship was excellent. Very courteous workman. No complaints and yes I would use again.

They did a good job but I think they were expensive. There was a Big Deal that I did not purchase and I think I would have saved a lot of money if I would have purchased that deal.

They were on time as they indicated and installed the windows in a timely manner. They look great. Installers were polite and efficient.

Came the next day after I called for estimate I ordered windows late October. Was told upfront it would take six weeks for order. Because I had a small job they would work me in. I was OK with it because I was not in a big hurry. They are so clean when they work they cover carpet and steps I was very happy with that and finished work.

I think they are a reputable firm who does above average work. No issues to report on craftsmanship, quality , or on the job behavior. We will have additional windows replaced by this company.

we had 3 BR windows, kitchen, LR, and 4 Family room windows replaced, all I believe to be original installation, circa, early '70s. One of the BR windows that was supposed to be obscured, and wasn't, we recieved a refund on. The workers did however leave the backyard gate open, and not telling us, my wife was pretty upset, the dogs got out but were soon captured. there was a problem with the spacing of two of the windows in the Family room on the outside, which would have left a huge gap in the siding, they fixed this issue at no additional cost, which made up for the gate issue. we are very happy with the pricing and quality.

Windows we ordered and siding installation was done very well. However, we wanted a special octagon decorative window installed but vendor could not provide this type window. They told us if we purchased the window, they would install it. We purchased the window we wanted but when they came to install windows we had purchased from them, they refused to install the special window we had ordered. They said they would come back later and do that. Several months later and after several calls, we have still got no response from them. Every call we make, they just say they will check on it. We feel we are now just getting the run-around. We had recommended these people to our friends and neighbors but after this, we don't believe we would order anything from them again, or recommend them to anyone. Too bad for such a trivial thing after we had paid them several thousand dollars.

They were reliable and reachable by phone. Drivers/installers provided cell phone numbers since our rental property is almost an hour away from our residence. Their price was the best of three estimates for comparable windows. They installed what we ordered, did it right, and also cleaned up after themselves. They were professional, got the job done when they said they would, and there were no problems. I would recommend and use this company again.

They did a good job, but we've waited for a long time for them to come over and do the work. Somebody made a mistake and what they did was they came back and replaced the whole panel.

Kevin and his staff were great! They responded to my request for a free estimate within a couple of hours. Kevin himself came out personally and gave us a very good price (much lower than some other estimates we had). The windows were ordered and a couple weeks later, the Quality Windows crew came and replaced our windows in a matter of hours. They were very polite and professional. At the end of the install, we couldn't even tell they had been here - minus the new windows of course - as they cleaned up all their construction material and disposed of our old windows. We would highly recommend Quality Windows to anyone needing windows!

This went very well. The sales representative helped me select the best window options for me. The installers Derek and John were very friendly, steady workers, appeared to do a very good job on the installs and clean up before they left. The Polaris windows appear to be good windows, only time will tell.
