Description of Work: They replaced all windows in our house with triple pane windows and full screens (approx. 20 windows). There was a problem with a couple of windows after install, but they came back and took care of everything without any problems. Everything is working well and the windows look great. The windows installed were a great value and we are extremely happy with our decision to work with this company. Their product and service were first rate and reasonably priced. All the people we dealt with were extremely courteous and friendly. We highly recommend this company with no reservations.

Description of Work: I would recommend Quality Windows. I was a little leery when I first met the sales rep. He admitted to being the worst sales guy you will ever meet. He is a retired person who is just doing this to keep himself busy. However, he wasn't pushy and answered any and all questions I had. Even after he left and I called him a couple times with questions he was still very responsive. The installation went well. There was a crack in the glass of one of the windows (I guess this can be expected from time to time) but the installer made sure I knew about it and had a replacement ordered. I just popped the old one out and the new one in. They did a great job and left the place clean.

Description of Work: The company rep came in for an estimate, but had no sample window, and gave me no information before asking how many windows I wanted to replace, then immediately gave me a price. He said he can tell what a customer wants and he assumed I was interested only in the cost. He was the 6th of 6 window companies I have interviewed in the past two years. He did not tell me the brand of the window, only where it was manufactured (West Virginia), and left minimal information with me. I had to call him twice to ask two questions he didn't cover and I didn't think of until he left. I found the estimate to be brusque and inadequate.
