+ -1 moreUSED HER BEFORE. TALKS ALL THE TIME, I TELL HER ONLY 3 HOURS NEEDED, GIVE HER THINGS I WANT DONE. SHE DOES WHAT SHE WANTS TO DO AND ALWAYS GOES OVER MY TIME LIMIT. SHE DID A BIG JOB FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MADE NUMEROUS COMMENTS ABOUT HOW DIRTY HER HOUSE WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

+ -1 moreHer cleaning was OK. She cleaned every 2 weeks for about 4 or 5 times. It begin excellent (the first cleaning) but decreased with quality with each cleaning. She loved to talk more than clean. I felt she was purposely watching the clock and taking too long to do what could have been done in a much shorter time.
