+ -1 moreThe job was mediocre. My carpets did not come up as clean as I wanted. When I called them, I explained I had dogs and wanted them to deodorized the carpets as well. When they gave me the bill, I did not see a charge for odor removal. I could smell the odors from the dogs a few days later and called them about it. The owner came out a few days later and deodorized the carpets for free. I did appreciate this.
Description of Work: They cleaned some carpets, sofa, and chair.

Description of Work: Did an exceptional job of cleaning carpets and furniture. I have 3 dogs and the carpet and furniture look like new. Very polite and definitely will hire them again.

+ -1 moreThey do excellent work. They were on time and made it so clean. They cleaned the stairs as well. They also came back and deodorized. It was not a bad price at all especially since I expected the price to be a lot more.
