After receiving several bids form various contractors, I hired Mike Little to replace the shingles on my house and shed. I went with Mr. Little because he seemed like a detailed oriented roofer and I was leary about going witht the bigger companies and getting lost in the mix. Also, Mr. Little went to great effort to talk poorly and cast doubt about all other contractors. After I had to call and have Mr. Little come back and look at two low spots on the roof. Mr. Little did go back on the roof and assured me that that the wood was solid and was just thin plywood. A couple of weeks later  I noticed that the drip edge was not installed the same around the house and shed. I also noticed that the shed was roofed two different ways. I called Mr. Little and he accused us of being difficult and just not liking the shingle color. He said that he would stop by when he had a chance, but that everything was fine. I told him to not come onto the property without me and he never called back. Since then I have had several roofers and a home inspector look at the house to evaluate the work. To date it has been documented that the shingles were not staggered properly, the used damaged shingles, the cut installed shingles while cutting ridge caps, the drip edge is wrong, the shed is roofed wrong, there are sags that should have been fixed, flashing is missing and the low spots were caused by cracked plywood! We are looking at a total reroof at this point.
