Description of Work: Only videoed my various outside drain lines and found several that had collapsed. price to dig up seemed high so will use another contractor.

Description of Work: Had another contractor collapse a drain pipe in my backyard. Mr. Rooter came out and used a video snake scope to identify the exact locations and reasons for issues. Very thorough, prompt, and professional.

Description of Work: We called them independently of your service. they had to run a camera down our line, $350 then found tree roots, then ended up tearing up our yard, and digging trench and installing pvc and about 20feet to street and then covering up with our dirt and throwing the sod on top. connecting the gutters back to the pipe. they came back two months later to replace the sidewalk piece they tore up as they promised. We had to keep calling them about this but they did do the work. We thought they were expensive, but they did do good work. Everything was explained to us ahead of time and we had no option but to go ahead with the work, it was clear that no Joe around the corner would be any better with quality or price, or if price was better, I was pretty sure quality would suffer. This is a big name company and I figured if something did go wrong, I would have legal standing to challenge them. I also took pictures before and after. contract was in hand and EVERYTHING was written down.
