Morgan's Moving

They arrived late with a broken truck. I had everything packed, so they just had to load. They packed one load of household goods in the truck, delivered to my new home about 12 miles away. They unloaded the truck and said they would have to go, because the brakes on their truck weren't working right. I called the owner and asked if they could secure another truck. I am a female, living alone and I had to be out of former residence. She said they didn't have anything else, but she would see what she could do and call me back. They never called back. Additionally, they broke two pieces of furniture, one an antique chest and did not attempt to fix it, or offer any type of compensation. In the end, I had to rent a truck and call friends and family to complete my move.

I've used this company twice in the past (before I found Angie's List) and they gave a great price. I'm planning on using them again to move in the next two months.
