The cleaning crew does a wonderful job. They are very prompt, professional, and courteous.

Terrible! Nothing that I needed was done! I told them the floors were a priority...so they didn't do the floors!! Waste of $

They send out very competent teams comprised of great workers that go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and tend to needs you don't need to ask about. They get more done in an hour and a half than I could do in a month.

They sent two people to do 2 hours worth of work and only 1 person was working the entire time. I paid double the price for half the work.

They have been doing an excellent job! They are prompt and have never canceled a cleaning. They clean while I am gone and I trust them 100%. I have never had any problems with them and I would highly recommend them.

I left a message for a quote on house cleaning and after 2 weeks, did not receive a call back. My home is in one of the counties listed. Wish they at least would have called back and told me something instead of not responding.

Other then they were late they did a good job. they worked at a good pace and overall my home looked and felt clean and fresh

They came every 2 weeks. By enlarge they were conscientious, but there were times where I thought there were some finer issues. We didn't leave them because of any dissatisfaction, my wife retired and we had to cut costs somewhere and that's one of the places we cut. The women they sent up I liked, I had a pretty good relationship with them as did my wife. If I needed them again I would use them again.

They are on time and very efficient. They are friendly and do a really good job.

They come in once every two weeks. I need to put out all the supplies for them for things like cleaning the kitchen appliances or doing the floors. They won't do it themselves. I could do it better myself, but I don't have the time to do it. If I had the time, I would do it and save money. From what I have been told by colleagues that have cleaning ladies in the area, we are definitely paying too much. I have needed to redo the floors because they don't do underneath the furniture. They are here when they are supposed to be.

They seemed pricey for the amount of work they did and would not honor even the smallest special request - at the next to last visit before terminating them, a signed collectable was shattered - it was not replaceable. I did get compensated at the fair market rate for the unsigned figurine - it is no longer available so couldn't be replaced even unsigned. They should be able to recognize valuable items and be especially careful when they are present. Their response to me was to remove all valuable items from the display - not acceptable. I was surprised that this company came highly recommended when I signed up for Anige's list - I'm still looking for a housekeeper.

I was dissatisfied with the service. I assumed that they would do the dishes when I asked them to clean my kitchen, like other cleaners had in the past, but they did not. When I called them after they left to inquire about it, they said that they only do the heavier work, and they did not consider dishes in that work. They said that they do the heavier work only so I can have more time to spend with my family or by myself. Also, I felt that they were very expensive. They gave me an estimate before I hired them, but the work did not match the price.

It went really well. The team was on time and very thorough.

They are very efficient and very honest. They do have people that will stop in unexpectedly while the employee is working to check on their work. My only complaint is that I think that they could use better products. They do not use the same cleaning products that I would use. I think they use something that they buy in large quantities at a lesser price. They broke an item once and they replaced the broken item without charge and without question. The owners are as thorough as they can be and hire good employees. They are a little bit dirty because they don't change their shoes when they come into my home. They work hard and they are trustworthy. I would recommend them.
