Michael's Carpet Cleaning

Michael did an excellent job. I am very please with their service. I had several grease stain on my carpet and Michael was able to remove them all. My carpet had not been clean in several years and now my carpets have a second life, they look great. This is a business that takes quality of service very seriously. I will use again to clean the second floor of my home. I got an estimate on the phone and the cost was exactly as quoted on the phone.

Michael was excellent. We will definitely have him back. We have to get our carpets clean annually to maintain our lifetime warranty. But he was so great and the price was phenomenal that we probably will have him back every six months.

We had two carpets cleaned in our home that were in bad shape (kids and a dog) and Mike made them look like new. I'm very pleased and will definitely use him again.

Michael was very professional and honest. He could have easily said I'll give it a try but I can't guarantee I'll get rid of the smell and charged me but he didn't. He used his black light to detect the previous owners pets accidents and then let us know that due to the size of some of the accidents he most likely could not get the smell out because it was through the carpet padding, which it did turn out to be. This carpet was making my son and I sick due to allergies and he could have easily said he'd try and just take the money but he was honest and professional. We had to rip out the carpet and he was right the smell was absolutely horrible and stained through the padding. Should I ever get carpet again this would be the only company I'd ever hire to clean it. Michael had a cancellation and came out right away in addition to his professionalism and honestly. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning.

I had just finished painting a couple rooms and had most everything but the larger pieces of furniture out of the rooms and thought I should get the carpets cleaned before bringing things back in. I called Michael and was pleasantly surprised that he would rearrange his schedule to accommodate cleaning my carpet that day since I was home from work. He showed up when he said he would and was very conscientious about protecting carpet he wouldn't be cleaning and also insulating the door from cold coming in. He reviewed everything with me before he got started and told me what I could expect. He was very professional and pleasant. The carpets came out great and were dry in a few hours! He also moved the furniture back where it belonged.

Mike was amazing. He is a very nice and honest person. We could have talked for hours. This was the first time that someone actually called and asked if they could come early to the appointment. So he is definitely a very reliable, prompt person. He doesn't drown the carpets in water like some do. He put corner guard up so my walls don't get damaged, he used industrial blowers to dry spots where tile is so I wouldn't slip and fall and he even put booties on after he was done cleaning so he wouldn't get them dirty. You will not be displeased with his service. I will be using him again in the future and recommending him to my all family and friends.

it went very well. He scheduled to be at our house at 9: am and guess what! He was here at exactly 9:00. He was very professional but also very friendly. The main reason we had our carpet cleaned was the stain in our hallway. Th first thing he asked was what the stain was so he would know how to treat it. That is the first time a carpet cleaner has ever asked me that question. The next time we have to have this kind of service there is no doubt who we will call. You guessed it! Best carpet cleaner I've ever had! He did a great job! He has a black light he brings to let you see where your pets are having "accidents". Then he cleans the carpets!

He cleaned the living room, dining room and hallway and we appreciated his help. I would recommend him to everyone. He did an excellent job and was very conciencious. very pleased with him plus he helped us capture two snakes that had gotten in and were coming up our basement steps. He wanted them out as much as we did.

I have had my carpet cleaned by several other companies and have had to call them back in to finish areas they didn't touch. Michael's Carpet Cleaning however, spent time on my carpet and sofas. He truly works in excellence. I will use him for every carpet cleaning from this point on and will suggest him to everyone.

Mike completely undersold his abilities before he started, the 2 couches and the recliner look like they did the day we got them. We thought the carpet in two of the rooms were going to need completely replaced and this was just a last ditch effort, but when he was finished, the carpets looked as good as the day we moved in. We had a great experience, and I would recommend him to everyone. He was very courteous and friendly.

I called about cleaning a silk/cotton carpet my husband had brought home from deployment. Michael was upfront and honest about whether or not he could help us. He advised me to not let anyone steam the carpet and recommended a business that could take care of our carpet.

The whole process went very well. Michael even worked to lighten a spot that was in one bedroom that a previous carpet cleaner couldn't do anything with. He came right in and went right to work. Very nice guy and all around pleasant experience. His price is really reasonable. Happy with the job and I'll be using him again.

Michael showed up promptly and did an amazing job. My carpets are older and one had many stains. They all looked like new when he was finished and they dried very quickly. I never thought that they could ever look so good again. Michael did not just clean around the furniture, but he moved it and cleaned every inch of all of the carpeting. He was so pleasant to work with and explained everything that he was doing as the work progressed. His work was the best that I have ever had for carpet cleaning and could not have been more pleased. I will call him again for any carpet cleaning.

Called for appointment and came the next work day. Right on time. Very respectful of property and furniture. Was here a total of 2 1/2 hours. Took his time and did an excellent job and offered suggestions for spot removal in the future as well as providing a sample size of spot remover. Cleaned my recliner couch and family room carpeting.
