They were on time and did a great job. They didn't try to push any additional products on me and were in and out quickly.

We purchased a piece of crap water heater from Lowes less than 2 years ago. Two weeks prior to the installation of the new water heater, the old water heater went out. We went for 3 days without hot water waiting for the replacement part to be shipped to us. Ken from MVP installed the new part, which promptly went out on the blink again, 2 weeks later. After reviewing Whirlpool Water Heaters, I expected that this would happen. This time we called Ken from MVP back and told him to bring a new water heater with him. He was very prompt in bringing the water heater. He had it installed and we had hot water about 90 minutes later. I have 2 houses an Ken has replaced a motor in my old furnace in one of my houses and has done work on our furnace in our other house. He's prompt, precise and reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Our air conditioning needs were expertly assessed. The work was completed promptly by courteous, professional, neat, punctual and capable individuals. They left a very clean worksite. We would certainly use this company again.

I called several plumbers for estimates, etc. Some never called back. Of those who did I was most pleased with Mahoning Valley Plumbing. Their technician was well experienced. It probably would not have been so hard if he had a helper working with him. I liked Joe and I know I can trust his work.

He is wonderful. He is very punctual, down to earth and his prices are very good.
