3weeks after the contract was signed he called for a “walk through” the work area. When asked about details of the work to be preformed, unprovoked he became verbally belligerent with false statements and threats of leaving and not returning to do the work; repeatedly saying “I have your money and you will never get it back no matter what you do” !! These statements were all followed with profanity directed at me. I tried to contact him several times that evening and the next morning on his behavior and attitude with the work to be done but he never answered my calls. He did not arrive with his 2 employees that morning. When contacted by his employee on his private cell phone he refused to talk to me; saying to the employee that I would not get my $1600.00’s back. His employees left; no work was done and it cost me $1600.00’s !

They're a fine, professional group of people. Very friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend them. If I had one consideration it is that they could have hung visqueen or advised me to do it; they were breaking up concrete in the basement and the dust got through the whole house. I spent the weekend dusting ... especially the electronic equipment!!

They did a good job but were very expensive because waterproofing is expensive and that is my only complaint. I only had two estimates and I didn't like what the other guy was trying to do. They seemed like they did a through job and did what they said they were going to do. I had a cheaper price but the other guys weren't thorough. They came when they said they would.

Ron was a little backed-up with work but was honest from start. Price was best I could compare, the work his crew did was fantastic. Daren and Ted were very knowledgable about their work and showed me where problems were. A 3 day job in very cold conditions, mid-January and these guys did a great job and a good clean-up. If you are patient and can wait for your turn, I recommend KA-RON. My basement has been bone-dry since. Water problems in your basement are a nightmare!

Could be a mix-up, an oversight, a mistake. But, again, I'll never know for sure.

Our experience with them was very good. They explained everything and showed us pictures of how it would look. They did exactly what they said they would. Their communication with us was just great as well! I would give them an A grade on everything and would use them again in the future if I needed to.
