Description of Work: Brought over 3 mold test kits and said he did not have the time to do the test himself so he had me test for mold. a week later he pick them up and said he sent them out to be proffesionally tested. June 20,20112 I called because he stood me up (I even canceled A Dr. Appointment) for the second week in a row for 2 door instalations .I called the testing company they told me they could only give out the results to who sent it in.,but he could check and tell me if they received test kits to determine the type of mold if I had the name of the company or person.After telling him Tony.s name and company he said they had no record of the kits. I called about where he was and when the doors would be installed, he told me to get someone else.The next day I got a letter stating when he gets the results they will be in his office and it would cost me an additional 179.00 for the test kits. I have his letter and a copy of the check he cashed in memo it says for mold tests.By the way the testing co. said it takes no way near 4 weeks for results just a matter of a few days By the way Home Depot sells them for 9.97 thats is where we met so I could tell him what doors I wanted. He called me about the job from seeing my name for door installs from servicemagic, a service in Ohio for connecting contrators with people who have jobs.What is really bad here is he said he can identify black mold and he was sure I had it. This could be putting my health in japardy which is unconscieneable.He is downright stealing money.
