house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe excuses about why the cabinets were not cleaned were ridiculous. I feel ripped off. The owner blocked me on Facebook after I posted a review and lied about the job she was asked to do and the state of the home in general. Unprofessional on every level.
Description of Work: Bought a house, paid for 3 hours of deep cleaning. Asked for only the kitchen to be cleaned. The kitchen cabinets, which take up most of the kitchen were completely untouched. When I asked about this, I was told that a TOOL would have to be used to take the rubber liners out and that wasn't part of her job description. The oven was untouched, microwave still had splattered food inside, and the outside of the cabinets weren't even wiped down. The only things that looked clean were the fridge and the floor.
