Not well.....

I called Friday. He was here Saturday night, no extra charge. Brought needed part with him, was done in under 30 minutes. Knows what he is doing.

Splendid! Greg responded to my telephone message in a timely fashion, he contacted me when he said he would, arrived at the prescribed time, and did the work. Dryer fixed. Me happy. (^_^) I will gladly recommend Greg's Appliance Service to any and all my friends.

I called and he came the next day with the part needed. He called to say he was on his way at the time he indicated. Very professional and honest with his service.

Downstairs refrigerator was not cooling in the main section - just the freezer. Within two minutes Greg determined that the fan was not working and needed to be replaced. It took a day to get the part but Greg kept me informed on the progress and the day he got the replacement fan he came over and installed it. Both visits were within the time frame that he had given me and he was very good in giving me a description of what was being done and why.

I phoned on a Saturday to schedule a repair on my washer. I got voice mail and left a message. I received a call back in under and hour and got my house call and visit the same day. The repairman was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and even left me a written note of what he did that I could put in my household repair journal. I would definitely use Greg's Appliance Service again.

He was very thorough and stuck with it til he found the problem and was able to fix it. He even had the parts needed with him so I didn't need to wait for a return visit. Dryer had stopped working and wouldn't start. The breaker was fine and the lint ducts were good. This was second time I had someone look at it. The first man replaced the overheating sensors and it worked for a couple of weeks. When it stopped again, I called Gregg's Appliances having gotten his name and number from Angie's List. He checked and replaced the sensors. When the dryer got hot and the sensors did not shut it down he then checked the heating element and found that it had a wire broken which was causing the heater to overheat and blow the sensors stopping the dryer from working which is what they were supposed to do so there would be no fire. He replaced the heating element and the sensors and the dryer is working great with no overheating. Would definitely recommend him. I would have saved some money if I had called him first.

I called Greg's Appliance on a Saturday after I tried everything I knew of to repair our GE Profile washer. He returned my call within the hour and after talking with me on the phone about what the washer was doing and what all I had done to repair it, he recommended not putting any more money into it, not even wanting to come out and charge us for a service call to tell us the same thing. He was honest and gave good information on what to look for and where to look for it on our next washer that can only come from his 37 years of experience. My wife and I will definitely call Greg again for any of our appliance repairs and recommend him to friends and family.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service he provided. He was honest and very professional.

Greg was able to come out the day after I called him. He was on time, and professional. Knew exactly what was wrong and had the part with him to fix it. Fixed the washer in about 1/2 hour.

I have a 12 year old Maytag electric dryer that quit running partway through a cycle. I found Greg's Appliance through Angie's List. I left a message, and he called back within 24 hours. I was pleased to find out he will schedule evening appointments which worked around our work schedules. He showed up when he said he would. He completed the job in an hour's time, and he got our dryer running again. I found his rates to be very reasonable and certainly much less than purchasing a brand new dryer! He was very friendly, and we would definitely use him again.

Very good respose time. Honest estimate and knows what needs to be fixed and if it is worth fixing.

Arrived when he said he would, returned with part when he said he would, worked like he said it would. Cost what he said it would.

I would recommend consulting with Greg when you appliance goes on the "fritz" before you buy a new one.
