Really good.. Although after the initial treatment, about 2 weeks later I had a reoccurrence... Called Grace and they quickly scheduled me for a 2nd visit.. No issues since then.

Should have shop around. very expensive.5min work one puff of dust done. 171.00 dollars

The first time they were scheduled to come, which was a week prior to the date of service, it was raining. The guy came in and said he had to reschedule, because he couldn't properly inspect the outside perimeter for entryways. Seemed reasonable. He also told me that because I have 3 cats and we only saw 1 mouse, it was unlikely that we had an infestation. Also seemed reasonable. So the following week another guy comes to the house. We were scheduled between 11:00 and 2:00. This guy comes at 9:30, when my son is in the shower. He says later that's when he checked the outside perimeter, and found nothing. So he comes back and because we said we saw mouse in downstairs bath, he goes right there and fills in hole behind plumbing. Finds another hole behind plumbing in upstairs bath, fills it in. Gabbing constantly with my son...small talk. Spent another few minutes looking for signs of mice. Done. Maybe 20 minutes. No traps set. Never looked in attic or oversized garage that contains a small room. No traps were left or set. When I spoke with him later, he was like trust me, I saw no signs of mice. Yes, but we had one. He said, well that was a flook. Call us if you see anymore. I said WHY? I'll call someone else who will do a thorough job, so I can have some peace of mind. It's the standard rip off. Less for more. BTW, they get their payment upfront. Hand them a check upon arrival or call in your credit card number before hand. $365, no matter what the work entails. That doesn't even buy you a mouse trap. Was supposed to include a follow-up visit. For what? In hindsight, probably shouldn't have told them where we saw mouse. Might have gotten an inspection for my $365. My mom referred me but I will never use this company again, she will never use them again, and the condo assn that I am treasurer for will never use them. Must say that after I complained to the owner, she gave me a full refund.

The tech was very thorough and took his time to check everything out. He even put bait and poison in the attic as there was evidence of mouse activity. The price was included in the yearly contract I have with them. They came out right away after I called and were very professional.

Company never made contact after I made inquiry. Ended up going with another service. This service was highly recommended to me, but there was no response to the inquiry after 3 days.

.They do a good job. They spray for wasps and hornets, also ants and other pests. What I paid was for four sprays and anytime if you need them. They are very professional and thorough. They explained everything . I am very happy with them. They were excellent, I wouldn't have them back if they weren't. When I had those little buggy things they were right out here. They call before they come and they give you a two hour window.

I think they are still in business. They got rid of our problem which I thought would be much harder to do. We had termites that were coming from our backyard through the basement and eating all of around the windows. They came out and put little defense things all around to check if the termites are gone or not, and when we checked, they were gone. Their price was fair.

I hadn't heard from him at all so I called to see if they were ever going to come back. I called on June 29 and I talked to Rose, the owner's wife, and told her that I wanted my money back. She said her husband was out of town for 2 weeks and to wait until then. I still have not heard anything from them.

During my home inspection, termites were found. My inspector recommended that I call Grace Services, Inc for a free estimate for termite extermination. I called, described my problem, and was told that the termite guy would call me back -- and he did, within the hour. Again I described the problem and explained my situation. He said he would do it the following day. I was a little disappointed -- I'm impatient -- but when I got up and checked my email the next day, there was the proposal! It had been emailed before 9 AM. I was very pleased that I did not have to wait all day for an estimate.
