 + -1 moreVery well. They are very professional. Answer their phone, or return call promptly. Responsive to come out for estimate, and also to perform service. Very forthright regarding what work should be done and what does not have much actual value. They came when they said they would, had all the appropriate equipment to perform the work, made sure I was happy with what was done before moving forward, and cleaned up all mess.

 + -1 moreI wish there was an A++ rating because that is what I would give them, Darrell Sr came out and gave us an estimate that was very good. Him, his son Darrell Jr and crew arrived on the day and time agreed upon. They did an exceptional job. Asked several times how we wanted the trees trimmed and asked for us to inspect them to make sure we were satisfied. The all were extremely professional and polite. Cleaned up all the branches and leaves and left the yard looking better than when they started. I was very pleased with how Darrell Jr made sure everything was done correct and that we were pleased with their work. I highly recommend them.

Everything was cleaned up and the even stacked the firewood for me. You would never have known that all this work was even done. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.  + -1 moreI called several local tree services and got several estimates. Frazier's Tree Service gave me the lowest estimate and they were on the scene in a timely manner. They were very professional, totally clearing out the pine tree in the front yard and the broken boughs of the oak tree in the backyard. Further, Mr. Frazier pruned the oak tree so that it was symmetric, aesthetically pleasing, and less likely to have problems in any future storms,
Description of Work: On May 1, my neighborhood in Austintown was hit by the "wet microburst." It totally knocked down a large pine tree in our front yard. It also tore off several boughs/large branches off a large oak tree in our backyard. (These branches were six inches in diameter or larger.)

Description of Work: Frazier s tree service was working at my neighbor s house. While out tending to my garden a worker of there's came over an informed me that the tree that came out over part of my deck had a lot of dead branches that needed to come down before they started to just fall an cause not only structural damage to the deck an my home but maybe evan worse bodily harm to family or friend. Well long story short I took there advice an not a month later our neighborhood an surrounding areas got hit with a bad storm that caused major damages to multiple homes. Very few homes went unharmed an in my opinion for me Frazier's Tree service is who I have to thank for that! Thanks again for your hard work an care for this old lady😃.  + -1 moreDarrell is as honest as the day is long and advised the tree is not posing any threat of falling on my house or any of my neighbors and that unless I just wanted it removed for appearance purposes, he advised I hold onto my money. Cost would be about $1000 to drop and remove. Highly recommend Darrell, at least for his opinion!
