I believe in doing business with local people. I felt that using Angie's List would provide the best business for the job. Unfortunately, not this time. After repeated attempts to offer this company an opportunity to gain a new customer I was treated with gross indifference. I communicated with the office staff on several occasions and was assured that I would be contacted by Dennis, this did not occur. During the last contact even the office staff had a tone of frustration in her voice. Noting another reviewer that Dennis failed to contact I would deem that a pattern of unreliability and unprofessional conduct exists with this firm. I could only imagine what it would have been like if this had been an emergency. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Called them. They came. They installed.

Dennis was very knowledgable about the product. He ordered the new tank,delivered it and installed it. Very neat and professional! We will definitely use his services again...We found him on Angie's list. Thank You Angie...

I was looking to have a relatively simple plumbing job completed, so I called three local outfits to obtain a quote. After three VM's to this company's "answering service" (live person), and no call back at all, I could not recommend wasting your time even attempting to do business here. I thought business must be really good to not have to worry about accepting new work and having an answering service, but then when I seen two guys in a rusty van yesterday, it brought back my experience. I'll never understand how some businesses stay in existence...

They did a very good job. They actually saved me about $125 over the price of a brand new toilet. They replaced all the seals. They were absolutely super. The punctuality was excellent. I will definitely use them in the future.

They were great. They were under the estimate and on time. He did everything I asked him to do as I had called other providers and I am very happy with the work he did. I had no problems whatsoever. He showed me everything he did he really was fantastic.

They quoted me a price yesterday and stuck to it. He was courteous, friendly and cleaned up everything. He knew exactly what he was doing and was in and out in less than an hour.

He is really good. I have a restaurant too so I use him all the time. He was absolutely on time and cleaned up the mess. He is very professional and he knows exactly what to do. He had to go through a marble floor so it was a big job.

Dennis was super prompt, and did a great job for us. I called in the morning and he re-arranged his schedule to get our work done right away. I will use Dennis again anytime I need plumbing work done. No doubt.

They are very accommodating. The parts that I received from Koehler had to come in two different shipments. They came out and said they would have to come back when the other part arrived and did not charge me for this call. They were very prompt and polite when they came back; they did a fine job. Their price is very reasonable and I will use them again in the future.

Plumber quickly diagnosed and fixed leaking problems while being very friendly.

The plumber, Gary, showed up on time and had the problem diagnosed in seconds. It only took him about 25 minutes to make the repair. The bill came to about $85 which is less than what I have paid other plumbers for similar work. And the problem is definitely fixed as there has been no leak in the week since he was here and I am confident there will be none. I will definitely use this company again.

A few days ago, I noticed that my sump pump was running continuously. I moved into my house two years ago and the pump was already there, so I have no idea how old it is. My choices were to let it run and risk a fire or unplug it and watch the water rise. (This was during the spring thaw.) I called Mikkelsen's at about 6:00pm, a technician called back at 7:30 and set up an appointment for the next day. The guy they sent was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even moved a heavy table that was blocking the pump. This is the second time I've used Mikkelsen's and I'll continue to call them in the future.

He didn't charge me for the sump pump because it is not completely repaired yet. He has to come back when the weather dries. He is very prompt and honest. He is very exact in what he says he is going to do and what he cannot do. There was no mess and he wore booties in my house so he didn't track in snow or dirt. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him as a plumber. He is not the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. He is very punctual; if he says he will be there at 8, he is there at 8.

Everything was great. None of my problems were emergencies, but one of their plumbers came out the day after I called and fixed all three. He was great--he had all the tools and supplies he needed and he was done in about an hour.

The plumber arrived on time, was neat and professional, had 15 years experience and had all the materials needed on the truck. He had the proper tools and equipment with him. He used a heavy drop cloth, did the soldering with a large acetelyne tank, and was very meticulous about cleaning and de-burring the copper pipe. Nothing leaks! The area he had to work in was tight between 2 floor joists and he had to solder between a brass elbow and a copper fitting. He was very polite and very professional. If we had tried to do this job ourselves it would have been a disaster!

Asked for an estimate and receioved one within several days. Once I closed on the house and took posession I was able to schedule them with in a week. The job was completed in one with a return visit for an inspection by the plumber once the water was turned on. There was one leak to fix in the new copper which was not bad for replacing dozens of fittings and numerous connecting lines without having the ability to test the system on the first visit because the water was off. The leak was repaired promptly and everything has been fine for the past month and a half.
