+ -1 moreThey didn't have the part necessary for my spout and came back a month later once the part arrived. He did not tighten the water shut off valve all the way and had to come back because it was leaking.
Description of Work: Replaced spout for tub. Replaced leaking copper pipe for water heater.

+ -1 moreHe was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The fact that they came out right away for the leak was phenomenal.
Description of Work: I had a sudden leak in one of the homes that I own. I called them early in the morning and they came out the same day a few hours after I contacted them It was a shower leak and he was very good! He ended up cleaning the bathroom drain as well. He had to replace some parts and pointed out areas of future concern that I needed to address and he showed me how to do them myself.

Description of Work: I am not exactly sure of the date (it was within the last year). We had Crogan out to replace the shower handles in our tub that were leaking. They quoted us a price over the phone which was pretty close to the actual cost (it was slightly less than the quote). They came out when they said they would. Crogan has done work for my inlaws as well and they were very satisfied too.

+ -1 moreI found them in the phone book, I talked to a couple of people who knew their name, and I decided to give them a chance. He was absolutely amazing, and he didn't overcharge. In fact he told us that some of the things didn't need to be replaced, and only needed to be redone. He was very good at doing the right job, but saving me money and not overdoing things. He was very honest, and I don't really have any dislikes about him. He was here when he said he was going to be here, and he came quickly. He took care of the job quickly, and he didn't overcharge me. He was not stuffy, he was just a normal human being.
Description of Work: I used Crogan Plumbing Supply to re-plumb part of the basement for me. He had to replace some of the plumbing there, and he had quite a bit of work to do.
