Description of Work: I highly recommend this company if you need a good moving company. They were on time and very professional and careful when moving my belongings. Nothing was damaged or broken and no marks on the walls. They did their job well and in a timely manner. They are also reasonably priced. Also they were very polite and friendly.

Description of Work: They moved our upright piano upright piano across town. There was a $75 surcharge because we were out of their normal work zone. They were prompt, professional, and very quick. They put the piano exactly where we asked without a scratch on it.

+ 0 moreThey were excellent! Right on time, and they did not waste a minute. In fact, I don't know how they moved so quickly! I had a piano, a grandfather clock and a curio cabinet, plus an antique table, all of which I was especially worried about. But they moved those and everything else without breaking or even scratching a single thing. I would definitely recommend them highly!

Description of Work: I called on Monday to ask for an estimate. Since it was local, I thought I would give it a try. We were going to a different state. The guy, Mike I think said he would call the next morning and come to my home. Never got a call in the morning. I called several times then when I was on the phone he tried calling. I called him back on his voice mail and I said I had to go to work in a couple of hours. Never called, never showed up. Not professional. They missed out on a potential $3-4000 sale.

Description of Work: We used a two-man crew to move half of a house. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were incredibly friendly and professional. We had to store some of our belongings in a POD until we could get into our new home. In addition to their truck load of stuff they moved for us they helped us move anything out of the POD we needed help with. Because of this it required a little more time than they figured so they went to their truck and called the next customer, prior to helping us, to let them know they would be a little bit late. I thought this was wonderful. They communicated with their clients and were a huge help. They also didn't stand around and waste time, as they are paid by the hour. I appreciated that greatly.

+ -1 moreCleland bros dispatch called a few times to confirm and reconfirm time and date. The movers arrived on time and were very professional and worked amazingly quickly. In addition to moving boxes into the house they were nice enough to move some items to the garage for me. The movers did everything just as I requested.
Description of Work: Unloading moving truck. Also removed some heavy mattresses for me.

+ -1 moreI called the company for an estimate of how much it would cost me to load my things into the truck. How the company charge for loading/unloading depends on how big the moving truck is. This is our (my husband and I) third move (at least), and well, my husband likes renting bigger trucks than what we usually need for our things. So in spite of the $50 discount he had offered if the truck was not full, I thought going with someone who charges per hour would work best for us.
Description of Work: No services were performed. I decided to hire someone else.

+ -1 moreEverything went excellent. This was a spur of the moment move on a holiday weekend. The owner of the company answered the phone and was able to schedule promptly. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. The movers were great. They charged by the hour and were very quick with finishing the move. Everything was padded and taken care of. It was the best moving experience I've ever had.

+ -1 moreMoving is awful, but as far as it can be pleasant, Cleland Bros. made it pleasant. They were on time, professional, and very willing to help. (The trip to Columbiana was a last-minute plan--the cost would have been at least a third less if not for that, but it was definitely worth it!) They carried stuff up and down stairs, including a huge armoire. They worked very hard and very quickly.
Description of Work: Two men from Cleland Brothers came to my home and moved a truckload of large furniture (including a 5-foot A-frame outdoor swing) to my new home, approximately 3 miles away. They also went to Columbiana to pick up a few pieces of furniture from my parent's house.
