Dan was very professional and helpful when we chose all the carpet for throughout our house. I can't blame him for his patience running thin after he had ordered all of this carpet at our direction (as we were advised by our builder - see my other reviews) and was then forced to sit on it for approximately a month if not longer. Dan gave us a very fair price, and even carpeted our basement steps free of charge (he also supplied the additional carpet) once he was at the house. There is only one negative, and I have to look at it every day of my life - visable seams. Yes, I know the lighter the carpet (off white / cream) the more potential for seams to show, however we had virtually identical color and quality of carpet installed in our prior house that we had built and never seen the slightest of a seam anywhere. When I wasn't satisfied, I called Dan and he agreed to come out and do what he could to make it right - TWICE. Still not right. Would a third trip have done anything different? My belief was "no", as quite honestly how many times should it take? In thinking back, and not surprising since I knew it could be done as I had in my other house, after each of the two return visits the seams I reference were indeed slightly better in some areas. But then there would be several inches where it didn't appear to match up correctly causing the clearly visable area(s). All in all - an honest and sincere guy to do business with, however at the end of the day I have to look at seams every day that I get up.
